Individual Animation

I did each photo on Paint Tool Sai and then animated them on photoshop. I took photos of these two boys walking up the stairs and then painted over them to create my own animated.

I think the reason the animation is so rigid is because i used photos instead of a video, also i used paint tool say which does not have any animation software like photoshop does so I had to edit them individually.
